The terms and conditions governing your use of Divinni's website, telehealth platform, and member services.
By accessing divinni.co, creating an account, or using any Divinni service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices. If you do not agree, do not use our services. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
You must be at least 18 years old and located in a U.S. state where our services are available at the time of your consultation. You represent that all information you provide — including health history, medications, and identity details — is accurate, complete, and current. Providing false or misleading information may result in termination of services and may affect your ability to receive care.
Divinni provides a technology platform that facilitates access to asynchronous and synchronous telehealth services. Clinical care is delivered by licensed healthcare professionals, not by Divinni. Telehealth has inherent limitations compared to in-person care; your provider may determine that an in-person evaluation is necessary and decline to treat you via telehealth. Not all consultation requests result in a diagnosis or prescription. Treatment decisions are made solely by your licensed clinician based on clinical judgment.
Divinni partners with Bond Health to connect members with Beluga Health, an independent network of licensed clinicians who provide telehealth consultations, clinical assessments, and prescribing services when medically appropriate. Beluga Health clinicians are not employees of Divinni. By using our services, you acknowledge that your clinical relationship is with the treating clinician and their affiliated medical practice, and that Divinni facilitates technology, coordination, and fulfillment services. Questions about your clinical care should be directed to your provider through your secure patient dashboard.
If a clinician determines a prescription is appropriate, it may be sent to a licensed pharmacy partner for dispensing and delivery. You are responsible for using medications only as prescribed, reporting side effects promptly, and informing your provider of all medications and supplements you take. Divinni does not guarantee availability of any specific medication, and formulary options may change.

Fees for consultations, programs, medications, and subscriptions are disclosed at checkout before you are charged. By submitting payment, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method. Recurring subscription plans renew automatically at the interval shown in your account unless canceled before the renewal date. Refund eligibility depends on the service purchased and is subject to our refund policy as disclosed at checkout. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
You may cancel recurring subscriptions through your patient dashboard or by contacting support@divinni.co before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless otherwise stated. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that threatens the safety of patients or clinicians.
All content on divinni.co — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by Divinni or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular clinical outcome will be achieved.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Divinni and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Divinni in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Divinni, Bond Health, Beluga Health, and their respective affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the platform, or provision of inaccurate health information.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Divinni is not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a life-threatening condition — including chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, or thoughts of self-harm — call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately. Do not use our platform for urgent or emergency care.
